Click here for the Saturday Reunion Flyer TCRWP invites you to attend our Virtual Saturday Reunion! We'll join together over Zoom to learn and collaborate with Lucy Calkins and Project leaders, staff developers, and friends of TCRWP.

Choose from over 200 workshops across the day, led by TCRWP staff and friends, aimed to provide as much support as possible for teachers and school leaders, and ultimately the students they serve. Some of these workshops will be 15 minute "micro workshops" on super-specific topics. Some will be longer sessions, designed to provide opportunities for role-playing, watching videos, sharing stories, and thinking together. You can expect a closing address by Lucy in which she addresses the questions: Where are we? Where are we going?

Important Information

Accessing Sessions

  • All sessions will take place via Zoom. You do not need a Zoom account to participate.

  • Registration is NOT required to attend any of the sessions.

  • If you are locked out of a meeting, we have likely reached capacity for that meeting. Please choose another workshop!

Participation

  • To participate in this event, you agree to conduct that is professional and respectful toward all members/presenters. We reserve the right to remove comments and individuals from the group/presentation that do not follow these guidelines.

  • Please keep yourself muted at all times unless you are actively speaking.

  • Please be a good Zoom citizen:

    • Please do not leave sessions early or join sessions late! This is disruptive to the presenters and your fellow participants.

    • Please be respectful of the presenter’s time. We know many people might want to stay after a session has ended to ask questions, but the presenter may need to go to their next session to present.

Troubleshooting on Zoom

  • If you are using the Zoom app, make sure you have updated to the latest version.

  • If you click on a meeting link and it says that the host hasn’t started the meeting, please double-check your schedule to make sure you’re clicking on the correct link and that's it the correct time/time zone.

  • If you are having trouble getting into a meeting or breakout room, please first try quitting the Zoom app or your browser and reopening. If that does not work, please try restarting your computer. If you’re using a Chromebook, you may need to use the main room to discuss.

  • Unfortunately, due to the high volume of sessions and participants at the Saturday Reunion, we are not able to provide technical support for individual participants.
